I tutor mathematics to my 16 year old daughter and have since she was 9. In observing her struggles with math, I understand the problems and anxieties people have because of it. I can help you master elementary school and middle school math, algebra I and II, geometry, trigonometry, and general arithmetic. As far as style, I get every student to identify every part of a problem, analyze it, and then find a solution. It is an engaging process. I enjoy helping people and this part of me manifests in the way I always try to enrich the tutoring experience.At Manhattan College, I minored in mathematics while earning my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. I also received a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and worked at the school's Chemical Engineering Laboratory, as a teaching assistant, helping students with their lab experiments and the equipment we had. This experience teaching and helping others allows me to be a resourceful tutor despite the fact I chose a career path in engineering. You can argue I have valid teaching experience and am the right one to help. Hailing from Plainsboro, New Jersey, I enjoy social media, singing, church, and traveling.
